Creamy Dill-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    In medium bowl, mix cucumbers, tomatoes and onion.
  • Step

    In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; stir into cucumber mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until serving time.
